1. Set modules
1.1 Go to Product->Module.
- Modules is managed by levels. For example, you can select My Dashboard and then maintain its child modules.
- Number on the right is used to rank the modules. You can adjust their sequence through the sorting fields.
- You can choose a module to edit and modify its parent module.
2. Synchronize modules
Modules of Product can be synchronized to Task, Bug and Case. However, there are conditions to synchronize modules with Task, and the rules are as follows,
- Related Stories in Project are in the Module of Product. For example, Module A has four stories and none of them are related to any project. Therefore, Module A will not show in Product. However, it will show if any of the stories is related to the project.
- When creating a task, you can choose a module of Product. Once the task is created, the modules will show. If you did not related any story of the module, you can relate it when creating the task.
3. Show/Hide module names in Story List
Go to Prduct-> Story and you can find Show/Hide Module Name button. The default settings of Show/Hide Module Name in ZenTao is N/A which means module names will not show.
Click the button and you will see a pop-out window as shown below.
Select Base Node and click Save, you will see the name of the first level module shown in Story List.
If select End Nose, the name of the last level module will show.
