The steps of test cases are completely separated in ZenTao. Each test case has several steps. You can set estaimated values for each step in ordr to faciliate managing test results and creating bugs.

Now let’s take a look at the page of creating test cases. Go to Testing-> Case and click Create Case.

Notes
1. Stage refers to steps which the test case can be applied to. You can choose more steps.
2. Steps can be inserted before/after other steps and can be deleted.
3. Do not create several cases as steps, because this is detrimental to testing managemet and data analysis.

Hi, how to create an e2e test case that have different tester for each step?
chunge 2017-01-16 08:57:14
Sorry, can you give me an example?
The flow of zentao for testing:
1. The devel team create build.
2. The devel team submit a testing request.
3. The testing team link cases for this test run.
4. Assign cases for every tester.
